When you go to the pound and select yourself a fur ball to bring home, you can never know just how much they will become a part of your family. I love this mutt.
After dinner on Wednesday evening we put Luna in the car and headed over to Stonybrook Harbor. It was such a beautiful evening, spending it outside seemed like the perfect thing to do. We skipped rocks, Luna barked at scary sticks, we poked old lobsters. The simple things are often best.

Luna just loves bounding out into the snow. The old girl runs like a pup out there.

Watching Luna barrel outside, rabbit hopping though the deep snow is great. As soon as she gets out into the powder, she is a puppy again. At 10 years old after playing for a while she gets stiff when she comes inside. She circles around the house looking for a nice warm spot to curl up and make some z’s until it’s time to go outside again.

My dog Luna is very suspicious of what you’re up to at all times. It is nearly impossible to take a picture of her face. Love that stinky ole mutt!
